Instrumental in Pepsi Cola’s designate program both for food service and their bottle and can division. Successfully placed over one hundred (100) middle and senior level managers. Received Pepsi’s award for outstanding recruiting.
Starbucks Coffee Company
Retained to recruit Regional and Vice President level operations positions. Successfully filled eight positions of which six were diversity hires. These candidates came from Fortune 500 companies.
Taco Bell
Successfully participated in staffing of “New Concept” startup sales organization. This program was the placement of Taco Bell locations in schools, arenas, airports and other institutions. Successfully placed numerous national account sales people.
Market Manager Designate Program: Successfully placed 20 Market Managers from outside the food service industry to be the leaders of the future. I was one of the top two firms participating in this project.
